This Privacy Policy explains how Clover Racing Garage LLC ("Clover Racing", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website, send us a request or contact us about our services: drift experiences and training, drift car rent, simulator training, private sessions and events, project builds, performance upgrades, servicing and track support.

We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

Data you give us: when you fill in the request form on this website we receive your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, details about your car and your message. When you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram we receive the information you share there, such as your name, phone number and messages.

Data we need to provide a service: when you book a session or leave a car with us we may ask for your contact details, driving licence details, emergency contact, details of your vehicle (make, model, registration, VIN) and information about the work you want done.

Technical data: when you submit the form the website records your IP address, browser (user agent), the page you sent it from and the time of submission, so that we can prevent spam and abuse.

We use your data to: • reply to your request and agree on a date, price and details of the service; • provide the service you booked: run your drift session or training, work on your car, support you at the track; • keep you safe during sessions and contact your emergency contact if something goes wrong; • issue invoices, keep accounting records and meet our legal obligations; • protect our website from spam and abuse; • handle complaints and legal claims.

We use your data because it is necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our agreement with you, to comply with the law, or for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business. We do not sell your personal data and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.

We share personal data only when it is needed: • Website platform: this website runs on the Framely website builder, which stores form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to us. • Messaging services: if you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those services process your messages under their own privacy policies. • Track and venue operators, insurers and emergency services, when this is needed to run a session safely or to deal with an incident. • Parts suppliers and partners, only with the details needed to complete work on your car. • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. In that case we rely on the safeguards permitted by UAE law.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers. The map in the Contacts section is provided by OpenStreetMap and loads only after you click it. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

The website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Requests from the website form that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Data about bookings, services and payments is kept for as long as required by UAE accounting and tax laws, and otherwise for no longer than needed to provide the service and to deal with possible claims. After that we delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to customer data is limited to the people in our team who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information you do not need to share.

Subject to applicable law you can ask us to: • confirm whether we process your data and give you a copy; • correct inaccurate or incomplete data; • delete your data or restrict its processing; • stop processing it where you have the right to object; • withdraw consent you have given, without affecting processing done before.

To make a request, contact us on WhatsApp. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children without the consent of a parent or guardian. Sessions for participants under 18 are only possible by prior agreement and with a parent or guardian present.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
